IS
MCDC?
We are a non-profit organization attempting to bring together the members of the community in Coatesville, PA and surrounding Chester County area. The movement supports cultural, educational and social community activities along with any type of community-building initiative. We are strong advocates for voter registration, and continue to strive to help teach our youth the importance of exercising their right to vote when they come of age.

Alphonso Newsuan
president/Executive Director
A long time resident of Coatesville, who ran a successful athletic footwear franchise and promotional products business for many years. Since his retirement, he has been a local community activist. MCDC has spearheaded an initiative to save our community pool. Our organization has donated more than 200 thousand dollars towards aquatic features in our city park. He created the non profit that bears the name Movement Community Development Corporation (MCDC 501(c)(3)). MCDC is spearheading a 1st Time Home Buyers Program, along with a Home Rehabilitation Program.. He is a recipient of many community awards with the MLK Drum Major For Justice Award being one of his most cherished.
Rhonda Andrews
Secretary
A native of Philadelphia brings forth a pristine knowledge base in project management. She is very passionate about giving back and creating positive changes for our community, the City of Coatesville.
Rhonda’s tireless efforts on behalf of MCDC, has been the foundation by which MCDC was built.
Iris Holmes

Co-chair of MCDC and the CHOME program.
Dellinah has obtained her Law Degree from Widener Law School. She is presently spearheading a scholarship initiative intended to give financial support to deserving students that are aspiring to pursue the medical profession

Charles Ricky Campbell
Treasurer
Charles Ricky Campbell has been a member and office holder of MCDC for 5 years now. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of accounting and money management. He is the owner of multiple properties and he has brought a vast array of experience as he’s the project manager of our Housing Rehabilitation Program. Ricky is also a board member of the Redevelopment Authority which oversees vasts amounts of properties in the city of Coatesville. He’s the Co-Founder of Children To Men Group, that teaches children, hands on trades such as carpentry. He’s a father, a Deacon in his church, and the Chief of Staff of one of our public servants State Representative Dan K. Williams
